The first step in becoming an affiliate is to request a login and temporary password. You can request one by clicking on this link and fill out the request form and submit or call 352-564-2020 and speak with a representative or leave a message for assistance. [If the form asks for first and last name and you are registering as an organization, please split the name up between the 2 fields (ie. "first name: Boys and"/ "last name: Girls Club" - it will ultimately display as "Boys and Girls Club").]
Step 2
Once your application is reviewed and approved, You will receive an e-mail with your affiliate code. You can give everyone in your organization the code and encourage them to sign up businesses and professionals. It is important the code is included with each new business as we have no other way of tracking it.
